Thanks for the explanation! From the original post I didn't get the impression that it was a preferential interview. The OP said that the candidate gets an automatic CJO once program requirements have been met, which sounded a lot like a "flow" to me. I guess the big difference is that the program candidate still gets screened by UAL, whereas a "flow" would not?
