As far as your work, I listed everything, even back to my first job as a paperboy at about age 10. So....I'd list your Menards job, too. Why not? If they look you in the eye during the in person ap review (which they WILL go over every page of your application during the panel interview) and ask if "every job" is listed, you can tell them "yes" instead of possibly fidgeting and saying "no". Not listing a job and they find out about it looks suspicious to them. "Did you not get along with your boss?" "Did you get fired?" Just list it. If your work-study bit at the airport ended up with you getting paid ($$$$), I'd list that as well. Again, why not?
