As far as I'm concerned, judging by our past contract acceptance, EB hit us right between the eyes in terms of a barely passable contract. Our union failed to sell it to us. I was a no vote from the get-go, but the minute MD screamed PEB, I think a lot of guys that were on the fence, got suspicious as to his motive.
Now the sleeping giant has had enough of, "This will set us up for our next contract", and "We aren't going to even see those last two 3% raises. It is finally next time....we aren't going to get them next time, we are going to get them this time!
