I got my stuff done in 3 months, so it is possible...you just have to really want it. 3 months isn't the way to go for everyone...but you can study at your own pace if you want. No sims...it is 141 and you'll get all the certificates/ratings you listed above. Overall, I was very happy with my choice to go there...and would go again in a heartbeat if I had to do it all over. Everyone there was great.
