I worked there for a few years. It's a decent company regarding to pay, reimbursement, per diem. The QOL is why I left, being 2 weeks on, one week off is tough. The two weeks on is spent all across the country/world in various hotel rooms. Sometimes during a long sit waiting for the plane to get rented, you'd have to switch hotels numerous times, and sometimes without a rental car. The downside is during your week off they most likely will travel you back via airline to your base on your first day off, and bring you back on your last day off...so really only 5 days off. I only flew about 5-7 days on my rotation, and the other time is spent doing non aviation related stuff like stocking the plane/cleaning etc. It's a great job if you are single/have limited attachments, and want to do some cool flying in a nice jet.
