That was under their old contract, as was the 85 hour cap. I believe this was rectified in their current cba. The way cancellation pay would work, you have a 72 hour line (line holder guarantee was 64 hours I think) and let's say you had 10 hours worth of cancellations, you'd get 64 hours.
My friend at AA says the cap remains and same with cancellation pay.. But, he's fairly new..and may be unaware.
