You make a really good point. Because all the other crappy regionals out there are having a hard time getting people to walk into the door. Oh actually, despite have the worst CEO and management/pilot relationship, there are still guys here on the forum asking about reserve time and bases for Republic. Plus a new guy would be the last person I would ask about how bad a company is. They have no idea.
And how senior do guys have to be before you will say senior guys are bailing? Top 16%?? Lost one of them a week or so ago. Probably been here 14 years. Lost a couple 10 year folks as well. Also a guy that was in the top 300 and probably had 17 years or so here.
Since we are losing about 20 Captains per month, does that count as senior guys bailing?
