Empire Airlines was by far the worst company I ever worked for. I am now convinced the CaptCarl is the HR lady who works there trying to get more pilots to apply there. People are leaving that place in such large numbers for a reason. They even lost a few routes because they cant staff.
People that have got the above jobs after Empire has been because of their previous experience. Besides it doesn't take much to get hired at a regional. That is hardly an accomplishment that you are bragging about. The card & turkey are pathetic. I would much rather get decent pay. And what makes you think we don't get time to pursue our hobbies. Best part is that those of us who left now have enough money to pursue the hobbies
