People that have got the above jobs after Empire has been because of their previous experience. Besides it doesn't take much to get hired at a regional. That is hardly an accomplishment that you are bragging about. The card & turkey are pathetic. I would much rather get decent pay. And what makes you think we don't get time to pursue our hobbies. Best part is that those of us who left now have enough money to pursue the hobbies.
C'mon man, you know I'm not the HR lady. I'm just giving you my honest opinion based on my experience. We did lose a couple of routes, but we have gotten them back since. Previous experience or not, people have moved up and out from here. "Card and turkey are pathetic" is your opinion. It's more than I've gotten at previous airlines. DUDE, you are proof that people can move on to better paying jobs from Empire

There is a high failure rate. I don't understand it, but it's there. Failures don't mean you're stuck for life, especially not in this environment. You want to know a little secret for success in any training program? Study like your job depends on it

'cause it does. And that last little quip about check airmen teaching pilots to dip below the glideslope to "get it done" is bullsh*t. Every LCA I've flown with here has been very much by the book.
Bro, at the end of the day, you'll have your opinion and I'll probably disagree with you. But our experiences are obviously night and day. No hard feelings. Cheers.
