From what I here, recommendations are everything at FEDEX. I have a uncle who works for FEDEX express as an executive in Indy but not a pilot. Anybody recommend how to network breakthrough in the Fedex/UPS community? We have a lot of talented guys in my community and seem to go to the same airline due to established contacts. I am looking to expand my opportunities.

I still have a few years but rather start this process earlier rather than later. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Have you tried the F15 Facebook community? Recommendations helps a little, and by all means get them, but it is not nearly as important anymore. 5 years is a long time, apply everywhere, and go with your first major offer. But FDX is deininitely a good choice.
