Syria itself has lost 200,000 people dead in the past 4 years and many of them were innocents trying to live a normal life. War is ugly. The more we continue to bomb and create instability in the Middle East, the more we open and expose ourselves to attacks from these very people we are attacking.

There will be no peace in the Middle East. As long as you have idiots running around claiming land for their own religion (and I don't just mean the Palestinians) then there isn't really any hope. Separate religion from the government form is the only hope for progress and living in the 21st century.



We aren't exactly innocent in this either. We've made plenty of moves in the Middle East all to support Israel and oil. Those two are huge reasons we are involved in all things ME and have gone to several Wars there since 1991. We did choose war for oil.

We never do anything unless it benefits us! For instance there's a reason slick willy did nothing about the death of a million Rwandans. It's sad really.

Israel's our pit bull in the yard if you will, of course they're chosen. The rest of the ME is too hard to control and have little value for life. Could you imagine? It would be like herding cats.
