Personally I'm ok with an average of all narrow body rates at DOS. Then adequate pay raises every year after. Unfortunately saying that I can't guess what JB, Delta or WN will get when they get their contracts. So it's quite possible we could be behind the average again.

It's difficult to fully answer question without knowing what the whole package will be and what we're sacrificing to get it. I think most rational people think that way. To me, fixating on a singular section of the contract and a specific number without looking at other potential gains (for instance, smaller dos raise, but 16% direct contribution on dos... And I'm fully aware we won't get 16% direct contribution, just using it as an example) seems to be oversimplifying the situation.
What I will not accept is a zero-cost contract... It damn well better cost the company money.
