They boxed the guy in. They have absolutely no legal right to do that. If I stop you from going on your merry way-in any form, that is called false arrest or false imprisonment. Only a law enforcement officer has the right to pull a driver over of impede his progress in any way.

Certain people have certain rights to do certain things. Idiots in some motorcycle charity ride have the right to do exactly the same thing any other drivers so-and no more.
