If you had voted NO to the last contract, then you might have grounds for saying that you were not. But, you voted YES. And then, you blamed other people for it, and have your leadership on here telling everyone that your crappy contract is great just to attract people to go work there. Bottom feeder all the way!
Your flow will slow once the 824 are gone, as per your contract, and will stop all together if you can't hire enough people. Same is true for PDT and PSA.
The real enemy of the wholly-owned right now are the contract players like Republic AWAC. There are simply not enough new hires to go around, and if they are able to steal them away from the wholly owned companies with better pay, then the flows will stop and everyone will be stuck. It has happened before at America Eagle, and could easily happen again. Learn the history.
