Sounds like Skywest one of the worst schedule/bidding systems in the industry along with some of the worst reserve rules.
Its not bad. Its a high workload but I get 15 days off a month... on a good month Ill get 17 days off, but that only happens if I get one of the good trips. 32 hour 4 day, 27 hour 3 day that sort of thing, but consistently 15 days off.
