I am at the point now that I will vote no to any TA that is not industry leading in all areas. I sympathize with your frustrations. We all want a good deal and should've gotten it months ago. However, resigning yourself already as a no voter is short sighted. If it's a cr@p TA then we should all vote no. But we aren't going to get industry leading everywhere at DOS no matter how long we wait. The majority of this group wants to preserve work rules with their raises. The company won't roll over for both. Until something is out its all rumors, but be prepared for a long ugly fight if you want to turn down anything that's not across the board industry leading at DOS.
