White guys have enjoyed better jobs, better pay, better housing, etc. for a long time. THIS IS A FACT. For crying out loud, take a look around you. I know some of you can't be that blind. For example, how many all black gated communities do you see as oppose to all white or nearly all white? The playing field is starting to be leveled, but it is going to take a long time to do so.
