The 2.5/6 is just a result of all these flows and the numbers we continue to flow each month.

Other good things are happening at Envoy too. A MIA base LOA has been presented to the pilot group. This greatly helps our pilots living in the MIA area. We continue to work on reserve rules. In the end, I fully expect to have the best reserve rules in the industry. Block hours have been increasing and we expect to have this continue into 20m16. Then there's the question of when the 90 options on the 175's will be exercised. I'll give you one guess where these will end up.

Go do some research on CAREER PROGRESSION and get back to me. I'll give you a hint. It's going gangbusters right now at Envoy. You need to do some work on your math as well.

It's a great time to be an Envoy pilot.
205 upgrades next year (only 20% of F/O's). 200-300 flows, so that means LESS overall captains positions there by end of 2016 then present. Yup, you CJC'ers PROGRESS well at........
