How can you guys criticize his post. Any express guys with only 2-3 years in would be stupid not to jump ship ASAP. Lateral moves just didn't make sense a couple years ago but in today's industry it's almost a instant pay raise and cuts upgrade time down significantly along with a possibility of a flow.
