If you want to believe the "numbers", knock yourself senseless, but no one is going to convince me Envoy is going to upgrade 750-800 F/O's between January 2017 and mid-2018, hire another 750-800 during that period or train 1500-1600 total long-terms plus types and IOE during that period, all if which is required with 205 upgrades in 2016 and meeting a 2.5 year upgrade for a new-hire today.
