Ladies and gentlemen, it's important to realize that there is little in the way of a standardized plan being used by Human Resources in this process. Unfortunately, as silly as that sounds it bears the ring of truth. Trying to find the one "straight as an arrow" route to a job here is a fruitless endeavor. Here's my advice: If you want to work here , then by all means apply!! (and it is a hoot for those who don't need a "set in concrete schedule" and want to have some serious adventures out in the world!!)
