Yeah, he offered to give us 16% concessions in order to bring xjt pilots in parity with Skywest pilots. I'm glad we turned him down. But it wasn't the same or similar long term deal as other Skywest pilots. He was perfectly clear with that and made it known that we were not going to be treated as his employees. The only losers so far are the shareholders who have lost millions in his decision to buy xjt.
