One caveat to MikeF16's excellent write up- there is company provided transportation to/from the airports. Called Crew Runner, it's provided for the FAs, but pilots can ride space available. Just used it last week, LGA to EWR. Cost is $3.00 tip. All the info and times are on DeltaNet.
