I think the "material gap" statement in the last NC update illustrates that pay is still very much up for negotiation. Maybe a preliminary pay scale was TA'd but has since been reopened due to feedback from our pilot group. The NC knows the rates, we don't. But they do know our overall mood with how we should be compensated and are responding accordingly. It's better for them to take the required time to get a TA that can be ratified vs one that will swiftly be shot down.
I'm thinking there's maybe 8-10 guys that are active on this board and while I'm sure the union and management are following this board, I don't know if this board fully represents the pilot group.
