I know that; It just seems if people are failing out that HR may not being evaluating potential applicants properly.

What got me through barbie jet school was a good instructor, my captain sim partner, positive attitude, and long days studing my a$$ off.

I guess I work at a desent airline that gives you a good environment to suceed in.
