If you live in PIT, Republic is a great deal. It is the most junior base in the system and you will get assigned there out of training. Because of that, your seniority in base will increase very quickly due to people who want to transfer out leaving, and new people coming in behind them. The variety of flying out of PIT is also interesting, lots of american flying through ORD AND MIA as well as united operations out of EWR. Only drawback is the early starts and late finishes, but if you live in base its not a big deal. Classes are filling up quickly, I think they are interviewing for late January right now.
