Hepatitis B is one that I have always kept current (I believe it's every ten years).

But regardless, if you have time before training starts, go visit a Travel Medicine doctor, and at the very least, do some homework on the CDC, WebMD, etc sites about their recommendations for Africa, S Asia, and S America. (If there is an eight thousand foot or greater runway, you may end up there, so don't take this lightly).
