I'm probably also bias because I'm in the training dept but wanted to put it out there. I think it's a great idea to have as many resources as possible. Just keep in mind that guide might not be Spirit specific. Studying the systems is really on the student here. Someone commented in this thread or the other that you don't need to study systems until you're here. That's BS. That should be the 2nd or 3rd time you go through them.
2nd or 3rd time would be ideal, but isn't necessary. It all goes on how hard you want to study while you're in training.
