Just repeat after me, "______ operates in accordance with system logic". If you've been flying turboprops or doing single pilot IFR you won't have any problems with the flying portion. Systems are pretty easy, they don't make you build the airplane like on the 145. Lot's of computer based training for systems and FMS and plenty of resources available to study on your downtime. Get your class mates numbers, go get a case of beer, take over a conference room and quiz each other, do some chair flying, etc and dont be afraid to ask your captains in class for help.
