It was written by Garry Kravit, the guy who first came up with the idea and strategy to unilaterally withdraw from MOU-22 and vote down LOA-22. It was the C-12 reps who urged the MEC to unanimously vote against LOA-22 which is why we have this leverage in the first place.

Why am I not surprised. I've got my opinion on the handling of the merger contract with Wendy and Gary at the helm. I'm not going to bother to beat the dead horse other than to say *EQUITY STAKE* cough cough. If Gary indeed is responsible for gaining the leverage needed to get this AIP (which you want to discard anyway), then that BEGINS to pay us back for what they squandered with their botched handling of the DOJ. It's not secret that he hates Jay H., so I'm not surprised to read his missives on the subject. All I know is Heppner delivered what Morse/Kravit couldn't. A contract.
