Completely agree. Any crack in a contract and the company will try to drive a semi through it. Just like release of medical records, they know they cannot because of HIPAA. What is unclear is if pilots overall concede that right in a JCBA but a pilot still chooses to invoke HIPAA. That is a case ripe for the courtroom.
There doesn't have to be a crack (AF JV). They will create a crack, drive trucks through it for years, then throw loose pocket change at you like you are a street corner bum. But it's even Steven now.
