Yeah this sub forum should be relabeled the tool forum or the crybaby forum. 99% of the whiners here don't have a clue how hard and soul sucking a real job is. Being a regional 121 pilot is an easy gig. And everyone doing it now is making substantially more money in much nicer equipment for far less time than the regional pilots in the not too distant past. Not to mention that once they move to the left seat they'll be doing better than the vast majority of their college classmates if they even graduated from college. On topic, the training, like any airline is easy. Pay attention, read, work hard at flows and profiles, have a good attitude and you'll do just fine.
