So I was just recently hired at RAH. I currently fly 135 in hawaii, but my home is in FLL. I applied to republic for their new contract and eventually to be based in MIA. I am a little concerned about their future so looking for advice on if i should stick with them or not.

I know about Silver, flown them many times and I have a couple buddies that fly there. But I kinda want to get out of turboprops for a while.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
