Now people want a full invasion of Iraq/Syria and an all out war against ISIS for a gun crime. The same kind of gun crime that happens here anyway, but apparently, bullet-riddled dead bodies are somehow different when a brown Muslim pulls the trigger, and not the same when an American "mentally sick" individual does the same.

What a simplistic comparison. There's a big difference between an attack motivated by jihadist warfare on a
global scale with the ultimate goal of annihilating everyone who isn't a "believer" and a few disturbed individuals killing innocents for various reasons.
