Other than a hotel, there's really nothing close enough to the training center to realistically walk everyday.
I would recommend sending an email/calling Karen who runs a crashpad just south of the training center. I stayed here for a month when I was based in Denver and its the nicest crashpad I've seen. Only 2 to 3 beds per room and when I was there I rarely saw the other guys. If you had to walk it, it would be around 30 minutes but there are several other crashpads in the area so chances are you'll bump into a classmate staying there.
I don't now if there's a different fee for staying during training but definitely ask her. I ended up staying in a hotel during training (not wanting to drive my car out from FL) but if I would do it again I'd try and stay here.
