I've only heard from pilots with 30 hour layovers and regular reserve duty did not get the holiday pay.

Here is the language from the contract...
Holiday Pay
A Pilot who is assigned to and performs Flight duty or Reserve duty on New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day shall receive four (4) hours of pay in addition to any other Pay Time, including any guarantee pay (e.g., monthly line guarantee, BSTG).
The past 5+ years it has been given for 30 hr layovers and reserve at home. I have gotten it. They could change their interpretation, but to my knowledge they haven't.
