Too bad it will be 2 1/2 years before any flow up occurs. I know at Compass the avg. flight time of new hires is VERY high. Personally, I am questioning my decision to go to Compass now (Aug. class date) if NWA is hiring as of yesterday. exactly. that flow through is a benifit to the mainline guys, not mesaba or compass. so i would not even be looking at that as a benifit if i wanted to go to mesaba or compass.
