There is thick irony in your continued labeling of those of us who are on the LAA as AArogant. Look in the mirror. How about we try to start thinking as one rather than two or three airlines.
I think the main issues are
-our senior pilots seem to have the common interests of the whole pilot group. Yours don't care about anything but themselves.
-our way of flying has been modernized. We feel like we are taking a huge step back in time. You guys feel the same way but don't want to change that.
-our IVR is hands down the best in the industry. Ask a new hire or a senior 330 captain.
We want a few things from our side. Just a few. We have changed everything. We get backlash from a 500' call and napkins in the cockpit!!
I agree. We need to move forward. But.... APA has done nothing to address ANY problems we have on our side. We are gun shy.
