Are you really that dense ? I've never stated or implied the flow was a gimmick. It's real, but what I have said is that the numbers don't add up and thus the promises on timelines are dubious and some here like yourself have self-serving motives for selling it and/or supporting others who do for those reasons.
That is snake oil, plain and simple.

Morale is high ? That's best laugh I've had this month. Very few on EL talk about sky high morale and NOBODY I know and have talked to personally states anything remotely close to that.
