I stand corrected though I believe most regionals are 10. I don't want to bash other regionals as we are all loyal to our own, even if it barely registers. XJT gets 11 min for reserve and then 12 min for line. Top tier for regionals. 100% cancellation pay. I'm not sure, but I know of a certain air carrier in the DFW area that could have used that yesterday.
Point is, like previously said, do your homework and go where is right for you. Ask the recruiters/interviewers the hard questions so you can make a good decision. It's a two way interview, don't forget that.
