Any there any recent hires that could give an idea of the experience?
Chances of getting ATL base out of training?
What is current reserve time on the 200 or 700/900 out of ATL?
How often do reserve guys who put down "will-fly" get called?
ATL out of training is possible. But even if you don't, as of now you can probably get back under 6 months (probably more like under 3 months). Detroit is the short staffed base right now but DFW was 2 months ago and ATL a few before that. Basically, all locations can be held junior.

As for reserve. In ATL you will be on a very very very long time. Over a year. DFW has a lot of movement out since most retreat back to ATL or DTW for 700/900 flying.

I am on reserve in DFW and I fly about 30-50 hours a month. I have call me first and it really doesn't seem to matter most of the time. You will fly more in ATL. I like the commute to DFW better and flying the 200 doesn't bother me at all so that's why I'm here.

Right now I make about 26k flying on the low side of the curve.
