You do realize that of the original pilot group that voted for those pay cuts, only about 300 voted in favor of them. And of those 300, many have left. I'd say maybe 200 (if that many) remain? So 200 pilots out of a pilot group of about 1200. This is basically an entirely different / new pilot group now.
Let's be honest with ourselves. If that same vote came across your current pilot group, it would still pass. That's not meant to be a dig. Just a nasty industry. Pilots care only about their own best interest.
