Thank God for the TLV (Target Line Value). The ALVs are going to have to come down soon due to the TLV.
And thank God we shot down the TA. It raised the TLV by an hour.
That little gem didn't generate a lot of controversy among all the other stuff but it was a pretty big productivity concession.
