I have a question about submitting my application that maybe someone can answer.

I currently do not meet Delta's minimum hiring age and was wondering if I should even submit my application yet because I don't know if they'll see it or not and even if they do, I don't know if they would interview prior to meeting their mins?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
