eaglefly and emb145 are but two examples. Not even when I was an officer in the military and had to babysit a squadron did I see so much crap and immaturity be flung around. You give civilian trained pilots a bad name that they don't deserve.
One could also add those who have motives for personal gain at the expense of others, like yourself and other loyal members of the SOS. But, your latest blast is something I agree with and have said so several times, i.e., pilots should decide for THEMSELVES. But clearly, the projected, then "suggested" numbers don't add up and that too is something that should be considered. Apparently, any "agenda" that doesn't serve your needs is immaturity, even when accompanied by facts, like the required number of upgrades and new-hires to meet the projected/suggested claims that are all but unattainable.

As for your background (irrelevant as it is), you claim to have had to "babysit" a WHOLE SQUADRON ? That's not a glowing endorsement of your past situations, by any means. Sounds like a lot of "babies" there.

Is there any possibility that you were part of the problem and not the solution ?

Over on EL, they're talking about "classes of 2", which I assume to be either upgrades or new-hires (god, I hope it's not both). If true, it sounds like the 35/month engine has already stalled.
