There is a small operation based out of Georgia called Air Star Charter that was hiring second officers in their CJ1 at 250 TT a few months back when one of their (few) pilots passed through my FBO. You wouldn't be getting any PIC but it would be hours nonetheless. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere though.
