People can still come here and expect to upgrade fairly quickly. Or to get some jet time to qualify for the 91/135 job they want if they live in a Mesa base. Despite what's being said on this forum, Mesa's hiring situation isn't in emergency mode just yet. It'll be interesting to see what JO has to say about it on the next company call.

But yes, consider other regionals first. The pay sucks. I came here to upgrade, and even then I've considered starting over at another regional.
