No. Training is pre-posted in PBS, and it won't let you overlap a rotation with the training footprint.
I suppose an exception would be if you get rerouted or delayed into your CQ travel day...but it's not something you can bid.
I have training which requires me to travel and a reserve day the next day. What's the worst they can do to me for a show/short-call that next day?
