Are they scheduling a turn with an LCA in the left seat, and the probie in the right? If so, adding an FO to the jumpseat is a net gain.
However, if they're currently putting an LCA in the jumpseat, this is a loss.
Either way, it's a(nother) status quo violation. When are we going to see some backbone from "our" "union?"
