Maybe so. By then it will be either proven to work, or not. If it works, the good on the company for finding a competitive way to guarantee a supply of pilots instead of being at a competitive disadvantage and hurting our ability to remain in business.
This place pays my paycheck. If they find a way to ensure a supply of pilots during a shortage, good! This is a sign of proactive management, as opposed to being reactive. That's a good thing guys. It means we might get to retire from this place. I sure don't want to start over.
